GLOMAS provides a daily telephone consultancy service, which is available to all voluntary and statutory agencies in Gloucestershire.
We can help advisers on a wide range of issues including bailiffs, bankruptcy, court procedures, consumer credit, and benefits and tax credits.
Our consultancy service exists to offer advisers an opportunity to discuss tactics and provide detailed technical advice on cases. We can look at the wider implications for any options available to clients.
Through the consultancy line we are able to provide support to advisers, some of whom may be the only person dealing with debt cases in their agency.

This service is available on Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. We aim to provide a speedy and efficient service. However, if an adviser is not available, please leave your name and number on our answer phone and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
