The forum meets four times a year. It is open to representatives of all agencies in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas who are involved in financial inclusion and or financial capability work, or who would like to find out more about what it involves and how to develop this work.
There is no charge for attending forum meetings and at present both refreshments and lunch are provided. If you would like to attend a meeting please let us know so that we can make sure that any access or dietary requirements you may have are met and catered for.
The forum provides an opportunity to:-
- Meet and share experiences and resources such as training materials and ideas for effective training delivery.
- Form new partnerships – which could include delivery partnerships that could be used to make collaborative external funding bids.
- Make effective links to areas of policy and local delivery such as local authority Community Strategies or the work of Local Strategic Partnerships etc.
Each meeting includes guest speakers, time for networking and information sharing and /or training workshops.
